With over two decades of experience in fine jewelry, Greg prides himself on bringing unsurpassed service, quality, and value to Florida’s Gulf Coast. He and his team of master jewelers and gemologists blend the warm, personalized service of a family-owned business with the sophisticated, full-service capabilities of a large urban jeweler.
Tatiana Twarowski
Tatiana’s aptitude for finance, keen sense of style, and love for fashion make her right at home in the jewelry business. When she’s not immersed in the business operations, you can find her at social events supporting local non-profit organizations or enjoying family time with Greg and their three young children.
Melissa Stanfield
Melissa has over 2 decades in the fine jewelry and watch industry. Melissa's degree is in Business Administration from West Liberty University in West Virginia. Melissa is all about the customer and their experience. Her passion is having fun with each and every customer and exceeding their expectations. In her off time she spends time with her Husband Wade on the boat or at the beach.
Gary Lazyan
Gary brings 46 years of experience to Florida’s Gulf Coast from international fashion capitals such as Istanbul and Paris. His impeccable craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail are unmatched in the industry. When not behind the bench, Gary enjoys fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Carolena Taylor
Carolena brings 14 years in sales and a GIA Diamond Education Certification to the Carats’ team. Her enthusiasm for the jewelry industry and desire to please the client shines through in every customer interaction. Outside of work, Carolena enjoys golfing and exploring the outdoors with her family.
William Pilkington
William is a true FL native. Graduate of Florida State University where he played Lacrosse. William brings enthusiasm and bright smile everyday! Be warned he makes a mean cup of Joe. In his off time he coaches Sea hawks Lacrosse Club and spends time with his friends and family.

Giving back to the community that has given us so much has always been at the heart of our business model. We believe in supporting local organizations that work to make Sarasota, FL a better place to live. Through the donation of goods and monetary contributions, Carats and its affiliates invests in non-profit organizations working in a variety fields, including health and human services, education, and the arts. Carats is a proud supporter of more than ten local agencies, as well as a regular host for blood drives and mobile health screening. Community recipients include Girls, Inc., the Boys & Girls Club, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, All Faith’s Food Bank, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Sarasota School of Arts and Sciences, the Sarasota Art Center, and Fourth Carrots Family Center.
