At Carats Fine Jewelry & Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be able to return your items for in-store credit. Please review the following policy carefully before attempting to exchange your purchase. If our policies are not followed, we may not be able to process your exchange. Please note that custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
Exchanging Your Purchase
- Items may be exchanged in-store during normal business hours.
- Items may be exchanged for equal or greater value within 14 business days.
- All items must be in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Items left longer than 90 days will become property of Carats Fine Jewelry & Watches.
- All of our pieces are carefully inspected prior to sale, but in the rare case that a manufacturing defect is discovered, you may exchange your item within 14 business days of receipt. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, a exact replacement may not be possible. In those cases, we will provide in-store credit equal to your original purchase amount.
- Please note: Custom jewelry, special orders and personalized items are final sale. Gemstones, including diamonds, are sold as-is and are not covered under this exchange policy. Any damage nor done due to a manufacturing defect is not eligible for return or exchange.
